Outdoor living, beyond your back yard

Our Story

The Farm at Cedar Hollow lies in the heart of a tract of more than 400 acres of woods and farmland once owned by the Jessup family.

Portions of the property were actively hunted and farmed until the 1980’s, when the initial residential communities on Cedar Hollow Road were created from the Jessup property.

Driving through The Farm at Cedar Hollow, you will readily see that developer Robert Jessup Jr has made it a point to preserve the terrain and woodland character that first drew his family to this part of Guilford County more than 70 years ago. This commitment to sustaining the rural heritage of The Farm at Cedar Hollow makes it possible for families who enjoy an outdoor-oriented community to find the setting they are looking for just a short drive from Greensboro.
